My Sweet Boat is committed to your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you would like to return your order, please contact us for a return authorization.
Unless defective, all returns must be uninstalled, in undamaged packaging, and include all associated hardware, accessories, and instructions. Merchandise must be returned within 45 days.
Shortages and damaged merchandise claims must be reported immediately. Please inspect your packages carefully before accepting them. If you receive a damaged package, require the carrier to note the damage. No credit will be issued for shortages or damaged merchandise after 10 days of receipt.
Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a problem with an item that is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us. We will assist you with a warranty claim.
